Finding a summer camp that is right for your child, your schedule, and your budget can be a challenge. Let the City of Corpus Christi Parks & Recreation Department's Latchkey Summer Camp be your answer. We offer a fun and enriching summer camp program featuring a variety of activities such as swimming, tennis, arts and crafts, guest speakers and field trips.

Latchkey Summer Camps provide your child with the chance to develop character, learn valuable life skills, make new friends and discover new interests. The program is licensed by the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services. Our staff is energetic, creative, and receive training in child development and age appropriate activities. Everyone is certified in CPR and First Aid. All qualifying sites will be provided with lunch and snacks through a grant with the Texas Department of Agriculture.

The program operates within the Corpus Christi, Calallen and Flour Bluff Independent School Districts.

- Registration for ALL Camp Sites:
- Saturday, May 8 from 9am–12 noon at Corpus Christi Gym (3202 Cabaniss Parkway)
Registration for Corpus Christi & Calallen ISD Camp Sites:
- Tuesday & Wednesday, May 18 & 19 from 5pm–7pm at camp site your child will attend (space permitting)
- Friday, June 11 from 1pm–4pm at each camp site (space permitting)
Registration for Flour Bluff ISD Camp ONLY:
- Tuesday & Wednesday, May 18 & 19 from 5pm–7pm at Flour Bluff Primary School cafeteria (space permitting)
- Thursday, June 10 from 1pm–4pm at Flour Bluff High School cafeteria (space permitting)
Registration will be on-going througout the summer, space permitting: Please call anytime to see if you can register your child as capacity may change from week to week.
» ONLINE REGISTRATION will NOT be offered for the Latchkey Summer Camps.
Payment: Due at the time of registration in form of money order or check only.
